Skopos Financial, LLC – SMS Terms and Conditions

Please read these SMS Terms and Conditions (the “SMS Terms”) carefully. By opting in or otherwise agreeing or consenting to receive SMS messages from or on behalf of Skopos Financial, LLC doing business as Reprise Financial (“Reprise Financial”), you agree to these SMS Terms. For purposes of these SMS Terms, the terms “we”, “our”, or “us” include Reprise Financial and any of its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, service providers and representatives, and the terms “opting in” or “opt in” mean requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging or otherwise consenting to receive one or more SMS messages from or on behalf of Reprise Financial. The terms “SMS” and “text message” may be used interchangeably throughout these SMS Terms.

  • Opting In or Consenting to SMS Programs

By voluntarily providing your cell phone number to Reprise Financial, including when you apply for credit, you consent to receive transactional or informational text messages at that cell phone number, that may be sent using automated technology, including an automatic telephone dialing system, by or on behalf of Reprise Financial.

  • Participating Mobile Carriers

Reprise Financial SMS programs are supported on all U.S. mobile carriers. Supporting carriers however may change without notice, and the particular SMS program you join or participate in, may be limited to specific mobile carriers. Reprise Financial and the mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  •  SMS Message Frequency and Cost

SMS message frequency varies. We reserve the right to change the frequency of messages sent at any time. We also reserve the right to change the code or phone number from which messages are sent and we will notify you when we do so, if we are required to. Message and data rates may apply for any SMS messages sent to you from us or on our behalf, and messages you send to us. If you have any questions about your text messaging or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile or wireless provider.

  •  SMS Program Eligibility and Phone Number Changes

By opting into an SMS program or otherwise providing your cell phone number to Reprise Financial, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. You further warrant that you are the current subscriber or authorized user of the cell phone number you have provided. If you change or deactivate the cell phone number you have provided to us or are otherwise no longer the current subscriber or authorized user of that phone number, you agree to notify us immediately. Failure to do so constitutes a material breach of these SMS Terms.

  •  How to Opt Out of SMS Messages and Get Help

To stop receiving text messages from or on behalf of Reprise Financial, you agree to text or reply STOP to the number sending the message. After texting or replying STOP, you may receive one additional text messages from us confirming that your request has been received and processed. If you need help or further assistance, text or reply HELP to the number sending the message or contact Reprise Financial at 877-505-6780. After opting out of receiving SMS messages, you can re-enroll in or opt into any SMS program by following the instructions for that program. We are happy to start sending you SMS messages again. Below is more information about the types of SMS messages you may receive:

  1. Informational or Transactional Messages: You agree to receive automated informational or transactional SMS messages when you apply for credit or provide us with your cell phone number. Informational or transactional SMS messages contain time-sensitive information such as: (i) information about the status of your credit application, including if additional information is needed from you to process your application; (ii) information needed for authentication or verification purposes, such as two-factor authentication or password resets; and (iii) information related to the servicing or collection of loan accounts, such as payment reminders or alerts.
  • Privacy Practices

Please keep in mind that communications sent over SMS may not be secure. If you need to send us sensitive or confidential information, please contact us at 877-505-6780. We store text messages that you send us and text messages that we send you. By agreeing to these SMS Terms, you consent to the handling of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • Changes to SMS Terms

We reserve the right to change these SMS Terms at any time without notice and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or new SMS Terms on our website located at www.reprisefinancial.com. By continuing to be enrolled in or participating in any SMS program, you agree to any changes. You agree that you will comply with these SMS Terms of Use as they may be changed by us from time to time by checking for changes on our website, whether or not you have received notice of any changes. If any changes of these SMS Terms are unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your enrollment or participation in our SMS programs by texting STOP. Any inconsistent terms between these SMS Terms and any subsequent changes will be controlled according to the latest posting.
